The SKIPJACK® 30 Flybridge is considered by many to be larger than its 30’ number indicates. The well thought out use of interior space combined with a 75 sq. ft. aft deck create a very generous boat ideal for fishing and/or cruising. The legendary SKIPJACK® name continues with the 30 with respect to seaworthiness, build quality and superior design. The 10 cu. ft. fish box and a 30 gal. bait well built into the transom as well as plentiful rocket launchers make the 30 an idyllic fishing platform. Navigation from the 360º flybridge offers superb visibility for the captain, spotters, crew and guests. The padded coaming pads along with plenty of foot room allow for maximum leverage when the big one is on the line. Standard power is twin 315 SAE hp Yanmar engines with a 3800 RPM range providing plenty of get up and go while retaining excellent range at cruise with a 300 gal. fuel tank. Top speed as tested by Boatswain’s Locker is 37.8 MPH. The 30 is equipped standard with 4+2 sleeping, a hot and cold shower, head, dinette, plenty of storage and a fully equipped galley with stove, refrigerator, microwave and stainless steel sink.
